Operating in partnership with Occupational Testing Limited (OTL) it has established key operations in Europe and the Asia Pacific. Tests Direct offers HR professionals, recruitment firms and consultants a quality range of practical, affordable, Internet-based selection and recruitment assessments. Tests Direct was founded as an independent company in 1999 by chartered psychologist, Peter Rhodes, experienced industrial psychologist, Crispin Marriott and senior project management consultant, Valerie Newton.
